Led by expert mixologist Chloe Beaman of Tender Mercy, you’ll begin with an introduction to the art of mixology, then, you’ll have the chance to choose and create three of your favorite drinks of our lineup—each one crafted with precision and flair. As you mix, shake, and stir, indulge in a selection of heavy hors d'oeuvres to complement the flavors of your creations. All the tools, ingredients, and guidance you need will be provided, so you can relax and focus on enjoying the experience. Drinks included are:
Round 1 (Stirred cocktails)
- Sazerac (very old classic similar to an old fashioned originating from New Orleans)
OR
- Vesper (a very delicate and approachable martini with origins from James Bond)

Round 2 (Shaken cocktails)
- Cosmopolitan (A classic)
OR
- Caipirinha (a really fun and simple cocktail with margarita vibes that becomes everyone’s new favorite and introduces you to a new spirit: cachaca)

Round 3 (Wild Card Round)
- Clover Club (this cocktail uses egg white and muddled raspberries)

- Fog Cutter (a favorite tiki cocktail that is lit on fire)
